Tour Description
The best way to see, listen, and feel mangrove, is by kayak. "Dev", a top naturalist will take you into the narrow river arms which are in fact only accessible with a tiny boat.
Have a good close up to the ecology of the Langkawi mangrove forest while your kayak is gliding almost soundless between the roots of the mangrove trees.
The silence will sometimes be interrupted by the explanations of your guide who also will put in some effort to keep you away from the main tourist routes.
If you keep quiet during the tour you will be able to watch snakes, eagles (we don't feed them), otters, monitor lizards and monkeys during your 5 hour trip through the mangroves.
Enjoy the natural sound of the mangroves, the nature and wildlife as well as the delicious seafood lunch at Langkawi's only floating fish farm restaurant at the end of this excursion.
