Some 50 km out of Kuantan is the Berkelah Falls located in the Berkelah Forest Reserve area. From the main road it requires an 8 km jungle trek or a three hour walk to reach the falls.

There are public recreational facilities at the main road. The main attraction at the falls is the series of eight cascades as it comes down the hillside. The highest peak of the cascading water is about 100m.
